At the Isles law firm, communications with our local and out of state clients is vital. From beginning through end of the case it is our mission to communicate effectively through telephones, fax, e-mail, and in-person when the client is available. We make follow up telephone consultations with our clients at regular intervals to discuss the status of their divorce or matrimonial law matter, and strategically evaluate the next steps for optimal results. We find this to be cost effective and beneficial to our clients in order to keep them apprised of their case status.

Michelle Stevens

Associate Family Law Attorney

Associate Attorney Michelle Stevens is a strong asset to our Family Law firm. She has been practicing law since being admitted to the State Bar of California in 1997. Her 15 years as a practicing lawyer have proven her strength in acting as a diplomatic advocate for people in Divorce, custody or support matters.

Attorney Stevens' negotiating skills often exude while addressing family law issues in the courthouse setting. Her strong ability to analyze matrimonial issues before the court, which can often be settled, brings countless divorce and family law matters to a resolution. Her vast understanding of family law and the local court process aids in bringing cases to a close, hence a cost effective approach to family law and divorce.

As an experienced local Riverside and San Bernardino County attorney, the philosophy of "children first" has proven her an advocate for clients who have child custody and visitation matters, as well as Child Protective Services Juvenile Defense matters.

Her professional affiliations include the State Bar of California in which she is a member in good standing. Continuing education and local family law seminars are a part of her regular schedule to stay apprised of the local court procedures as well as family law court rulings.

She stays active in sports including skiing, horseback riding and is an avid soccer mom.

Katelyn Durment

Associate Family Law Attorney

Attorney Durment entered our law firm with a strong philosophy geared towards going beyond the legal issues and addressing the human factors. This statement accurately depicts her attitude towards family law and divorce clients on a daily basis. While in the office setting or in the courtroom, Katelyn proves she will take the extra step to find a solution that benefits each unique case.

Kately is a local Riverside county resident, with her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Riverside, and law studies at the University of La Verne, College of Law in Ontario, California.

Her professional affiliations include the State Bar of California, and the American Bar Association. Katelyn stays abreast of the current local laws and procedures through local court meetings as well as independent study resources related to Family Law.

She enjoys camping, reading and spending time with family on a regular basis.

Penny Lynn

Office Manager

Penny has worked in the Matrimonial law offices of Richard K. Isles since 1996. Her background in Family Law, and Divorce provides family law clients with the day to day knowledge necessary to guide them in their family law case.

Acting as the Office Manager at the Temecula Divorce firm, Penny speaks with clients in the midst of their domestic matter. She has extensive experience relating to emotional and procedural aspects of:

Her background has dealt with Family law as well as Auto Claims injuries, thus providing her the skill of dealing with people facing emotional crisis'.

She has an extensive office administration background as far back as the early 1980's when she began her career in Toronto, Canada.

Penny attended Fullerton College in 1983 which lead to a career in Auto Claims Insurance wherein she was a Claims Specialist in Personal Injury accident injury claims for 14 years. Penny then went to work for attorney Richard K. Isles as the office manager with additional emphasis in Family Law client administration and Personal Injury cases involving serious injuries.

Her extensive experience in Family Law Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation makes her a great asset to the Temecula Law offices of Richard K. Isles.

Jamie Mills

Family Law Paralegal

Jamie received her Paralegal Degree at Plattt College over 8 years ago. She proudly graduated second in her class. Her legal career has been solely in Family Law with an emphasis on Family Law Discovery, and family law document preparation efficiently handling documents and cases from start to judgment.

Jamie is always eager to assist in answering clients' questions relating to divorce, child custody, spousal support and Child Protective Services Defense matters.

Her past and current knowledge of Family law involves local court procedures in the Riverside and San Bernardino Family Law Courts. When there is a technical issue involved in any Family Law matter Jamie is eager to assist and provide a clear and concise procedural answer to both clients and fellow staff members
